Haven’t had the chance to use it in the yard as of yet but I hooked to the drill and it does work and seems pretty strong as well. I think it’s going to save a lot of labor when planting time comes around. Thank y’all!

Have to say ordered this a while back. But it came into its own this week when digging borders. Putting in new beds and the ground is hard, this tool made light work of it digging the beds up. Even my son and daughter wanted a go. Very useful tool in the garden shed.

I have used this to speed up the process of planting several plant plugs & bulbs in my garden. The garden hole spiral drill planter has reduced the wear & tear on my hands. I use it with a standard cordless drill.

I’ve just taken the product out of the wrapper and put it onto my Ryobi drill and it worked great. My ground is hard as a rock and it was still able to successfully cut through the ground with a little elbow grease. I’m sure it’ll work perfectly in soft ground or mulch to plant things.

Makes it easier to plant, tears up the ground easily. Keep a good grip on the machine, the ground is harder to drill in spots, but this tool got it done. So glad I got this!

We started a garden this year at our new house. The dirt has a ton of clay in it, so it's hard to dig in. We used this tool to put in the holes for the strawberry roots, and will use it for our tomato plants once they arrive. It was SO nice to use! It made a great sized hole, perfect for the roots! We didn't have to strain using a small trowel or a too-large shovel. I look forward to using it time and time again!

I have to qualify my review as I actually bought this to help dig holes in my yard that has a serious rock issue. This hole digger works fine for loose soil. In hard soil with rocks you have to be very careful as the blade can loosen and dislodge when worked hard. I don't fault the tool for this issue! It is a well crafted tool and so far has held up well my digging. If I hit a rock I dig in another direction to loosen the dirt. Because I have a plug in drill, I am leary to water and use the tool when the ground is wet. so I have not watered ahead of time. All in all, it is a good tool that I will continue to use to decrease all the hard work I have had to do in the past just to dig a hole!

This is truly a helping hand in the flower bed. I can't plant my flower bulbs like I used too, this was great. Also. used it at the cemetery to place new flowers ( the ground is really hard ) and I used it with my cordless drill. 5 Stars!!!!
